Returns and Refunds
"Bird food is non-returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons. Please ensure you are satisfied with your purchase before finalizing."
Items may be returned up to 7 days from receiving the order. We only accept the items in its original packaging with the tags attached and in the same state as received, unused and undamaged.
Condition of Product: Returns are usually accepted only if the product is unused or unopened. However, for defective products, returns may be allowed even if opened or used.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is typically required to process a return or exchange.
Non-returnable Items: Some pet products may not be returnable, such as:

Order Cancellation / Modification
